Host City

Adelaide is South Australia's cultured capital and is commonly known as the City of Churches. It's surrounded by a ring of parkland which gives you the sense of freedom and movement. It's known as the "20 minute" city with the airport, Adelaide Hills and impressive beaches all being less than 30 minutes from the city.

Adelaide has everything to offer; from it's world-famous food and wine regions such as the Barossa Valley to coastal escapes on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Adelaide has embraced its diverse cultural mix and offers a fantastic café culture and wide range of cuisines to choose from.

The conference is taking place in Mid-August which is the last few days of winter before the warmer spring months descend.

Getting to the Venue

Taxi

Adelaide Airport is just approximately 7km from the Adelaide Convention Centre, I taxi will cost roughly $25.00 and the journey takes about 15 minutes.

Public Transport

The cheapest way to get to or from the airport to the city is the JetBus (J1 or J2). For only $5.30 (for a one-way adult ticket purchased from the driver as you board), the J1 bus takes you to or from the lower level of the Airport terminal to Adelaide Central Business District. Although it won't stop at your hotel specifically like, there are a number of stops in the city that are convenient for most travelers, and you can connect with other buses if you are heading for North Adelaide or other suburbs.

Parking

If you are driving to the venue, parking options and are located directly under the  Adelaide Convention Centre and are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
