Treating Hepatitis C in General Practice Forum

This one day forum will bring together general practitioners from around Australia to share their experiences with treating hepatitis C. Delegates will learn from practices and localities that are achieving success in treating people with hepatitis C in a range of primary care and priority settings. The forum’s theme is Empowering Primary Care.

Viral Hepatitis Nurse-led Models of Care Forum

This one-day forum will showcase innovative nurse-led models of viral hepatitis care. The
forum is an opportunity for nurses who are providing care to people living with, or at risk of
viral hepatitis, to come together and share knowledge about initiating and maintaining
innovative nurse-led models of care in the community.

The committee welcomes abstracts from nurses who are delivering or working towards viral hepatitis nurse-led models of care. Early career nurses or nurses who are new to presentations are encouraged to submit an abstract. Support will be provided through committee mentorship.
