Registration is now available online.
The earlybird deadline is Sunday 31 August 2008. Register before this date to take advantage of great savings.
The registration system online enables you to register for both the Australasian Viral Hepatitis Conference and the Australian Gastroenterology Week. Discounts apply for attending both conferences. Dinner tickets to the AGW dinner must be purchased with the AGW organisers (go to www.agw2008.com).

Acknowledgment
Confirmation of registration, hotel bookings and payment will be acknowledged in writing until Tuesday 30 September 2008. After this date, verbal acknowledgement can be obtained by calling the conference secretariat on +61 2 8204 0770. For registrations paid by organisations, please check with your accounts department to confirm that the registration form and payment have been
forwarded to the conference secretariat.
Cancellations and Amendments
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to the secretariat. If written notice is received before 30 September 2008, a refund of 80% of the Registration Fee will apply. No refunds will be apply after that date. However, we will accept substitutions to the value of the fee paid. Refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference. Accommodation refunds are subject to the policy of the hotels.
