Registration Desk
Delegates are required to register on Monday 20 October 2008 between 11.00am – 1.30pm. Please complete registration prior to the plenary session at 1.30pm.
Please proceed to the Registration Desk located on the Mezzanine Level in the Foyer. The Registration Desk hours are:
Monday 20 October 2008: 11.00am – 5.30pm
Tuesday 21 October 2008: 7.30am – 5.30pm
Wednesday 22 October 2008: 7.30am – 5.30pm
Media Room
Location to be confirmed. The media room will serve the needs of journalists covering the Conference. Services provided to registered journalists will include computer work stations, printer, telephone and Internet connection. This room will also be available for interviews and third-party press conferences.
Speaker Preparation Room
Speaker preparation room will be located in the Meeting Room M10 on the Mezzanine level of the venue. On some days of the conference this room will also service the Australian Gastroenterology Week Conference. This room will be open at the following times:
Monday 20 October 2008: 11.00am - 5.30pm
Tuesday 21 October 2008: 7.30am – 5.30pm
Wednesday 22 October 2008: 7.30am – 3.30pm
Trade Exhibition
An exhibition will be held in the Plaza Terrace Room on the Plaza Level of the venue. The Viral Hepatitis Conference exhibition will be open from Monday 20 October at 5:30pm and conclude on Tuesday 21 October at 5.00pm.
The exhibition area will be open during the following hours:
Monday 20 October 2008: 5.00pm– 6.30pm (during the Welcome Reception)
Tuesday 21 October 2008: 8.00am – 5.00pm
Poster Displays
Posters will be displayed in the Plaza Terrace Room or Mezzanine Foyer (TBC) grouped in their disciplines in the areas of Basic Science, Clinical Medicine, Community Responses, Epidemiology, Public Health and Prevention and Social Research
